Shipping / Return Policy
Processing Time
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

Custom Orders
Turnaround time for all custom orders are determined during initial order conversation.
Estimated Shipping Times
Canada: 10-15 business days
North America: 7-10 business days
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Why Knot Wear is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Additional Information
All ready-to-ship items are mailed approximately 2-3 business days after payment is received. Items are shipped through USPS.

Disclaimer
Why Knot Wear cannot be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If a package is marked as delivered by USPS, but is not received, the buyer is suggested to contact their local Post Office.

When you make a purchase from Why Knot Wear, as a part of both the buying and selling process, we collect personal information that you provide us (name, address, and email).
When you subscribe to our email list, we may send you emails about Why Know Wear, including new products, promotions, clearance items, and other updates.
